Invite users

How to invite collaborators or public users to your Drafter AI app.

In most cases, you need to let your colleagues or public users access, collaborate and use your workflows.

It’s easy to do that.

Step 1: Proceed to “Invite team”

Step 2: Invite collaborators by emails

Enter their emails and don’t forget to click “Enter” after each input:

Step 3: Define their roles

Every user can have one of two roles:

  1. Owners - they can create, edit, and modify organization settings, workflows, and models.

  2. Users - they can only use workflows without having the right to modify anything.

To assign the necessary role, choose it from the dropdown while sending email invitations:
