# Invite users

In most cases, you need to let your colleagues or public users access, collaborate and use your workflows.

It’s easy to do that.

### Step 1: Proceed to <mark style="background-color:blue;">“Invite team”</mark>

### Step 2: Invite collaborators by emails

Enter their emails and don’t forget to click <mark style="background-color:blue;">**“Enter”**</mark> after each input:

### Step 3: Define their roles

Every user can have one of two roles:

1. **Owners** - they can create, edit, and modify organization settings, workflows, and models.
2. **Users** - they can only use workflows without having the right to modify anything.

To assign the necessary role, choose it from the dropdown while sending email invitations:
